Intellectual Property Rights

After purchasing the digital pattern, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern in PDF-file. The knitting patterns are for personal use only. The patterns or products made with the pattern must not be copied, sold, or shared in any way.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in euros and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your payment information. "Artoressa" accepts payment with payment cards, credit cards and PayPal.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for your purchased knitting pattern. Please download and save your pattern promptly, as the link may expire after a certain period.

Patterns will be sent as PDF-files to your mail. Always take care to ensure that you give the correct email address in your order. Patterns which are received during the weekend or on a bank holiday are may be sent on the first coming workday (Monday-Friday). Holidays such as summer holiday and bank holidays may cause longer delivery times.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a pattern has been purchased and delivered. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at artoressa@gmail.com.
